How we put these guides together

Our evidence standards, commercial relationship, and approach to corrections.

Advice you can use today

We write for owners and office managers choosing, testing, and configuring call-handling services. Every guide offers a usable checklist, script, or decision framework, including where human follow-up is still needed.

What customer reviews can tell us

We read selected customer accounts to identify useful questions and communication failures. Our launch guides use qualitative examples, not a representative survey. Accounts are not independently verified; they do not establish how often a problem happens or whether our recommendations improve revenue.

Examples, sources, and privacy

Scripts and worksheets are original examples. Public copy paraphrases customer experiences without publishing reviewer identities or internal evidence IDs. Sources and scope appear in each guide. Internal evidence notes retain the selection method and limitations for review.

A clear commercial relationship

AugmentDesk publishes TradeWise and sells AI phone receptionist software. Our evaluation checklists apply to our product too. A demonstration is a chance to test a workflow, not a promise that every business configuration supports it.

English and Spanish

We maintain an English source and a corresponding Spanish version. Translation and factual review are part of the publication process. A locale switch opens the same guide in the other language.

Corrections and updates

Tell us which page needs a correction and what should change. We update the displayed modification date when the advice or evidence changes substantively, not simply when the site is rebuilt.
